Utah Food Handler Academy is a private training service. Qualifying enrollment, examinations, and completion certificates are available only while the program’s approval is active.

Your account and training

Provide accurate information, keep your password private, and complete your own training and examination. A purchase provides access to the stated course; it does not guarantee a passing score or a government permit.

Examination integrity

Follow the security instructions and electronic agreements displayed before and after your examination. Do not share, download, record, or distribute examination questions. Unauthorized assistance may invalidate an attempt or certificate. Three failed attempts require full retraining.

Certificates and permits

The provider completion certificate is distinct from the food handler permit issued by the local health department. Follow the certificate validity statement and contact your department for permit questions.
