Utah Food Handler Academy is committed to providing access to our online training for individuals with disabilities. If you experience difficulty accessing course content or need assistance using the training platform, contact us so we can provide reasonable assistance.
Make yourself comfortable
The course supports keyboard use, browser zoom, readable text, labeled controls, and phones, tablets, and computers. Every audio lesson has the complete written lesson on the same page. Lesson activities accept text responses; no drag-only interaction is required. Your progress is saved so you can take breaks. Active instructional time pauses when a lesson is unattended.
Ask for assistance
Contact support before your examination if you need assistance or encounter a barrier. Tell us which page or step is difficult and how we can contact you. Assistance cannot waive or change Utah’s training-duration, examination, identity, fraud-prevention, or certification requirements. Do not obtain unauthorized examination assistance as a workaround.
