How information is used

Records support account security, course delivery, examination integrity, certificate verification, and required reporting. Applicable student and certificate information is provided to the appropriate local health department under the reporting agreement.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments. We store transaction references, not payment-card numbers. SendGrid delivers transactional emails. Our hosting provider stores application records.

Cookies and retention

Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Training, examination, and certificate records are retained for required regulatory recordkeeping. Access is limited by role. Public certificate verification displays certificate status and dates, not your address or date of birth.

Your questions

Contact support for access, correction, or privacy requests. Some records cannot be removed while retention obligations apply. Do not send payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information through support forms.
